CIV AA Working Hours on Anti-Fascist Struggle Day

Dear users,

Due to the upcoming national holiday, Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will not work on June 22, 2026 (Anti-Fascist Struggle Day).

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day.

• For regular procedure ad-hoc structure reservations, requests should be submitted to the competent CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to the planned activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

• Requests for June 23, 2026, should be submitted no later than June 19, 2026, 09:00 UTC / 11:00 LT.

On June 22-23, 2026, there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
