About Us

The Airspace Management Cell (AMC) is a joint civil/military focal point responsible for day-to-day management of airspace under the responsibility of the Republic of Croatia, established under the air navigation service provider – Croatia Control Ltd (CCL).

The Civil Approved Agency for civil users of airspace structures (CIV AA) is the Civil Approved Agency of Croatia Control Ltd.

The Military Approved Agency for military users of airspace structures (MIL AA) is the Croatian Air Force and Air Defence Operations Centre (OSr HRZ i PZO), the Croatian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia.

Our history

  • April 3, 2014

    AMC Croatia established under CCL and commenced operations.

  • November 1, 2014

    The Civil Approved Agency and the Military Approved Agency authorized by the National Airspace Management Committee for performing the duties of an Approved Agency pursuant to the Ordinance on Airspace Management.

  • December 1, 2015

    The Agreement on Coordination Procedures for Airspace Management in Zagreb FIR is signed between the Airspace Management Cell (AMC) and the Military Approved Agency (MIL AA). The Agreement entered into force as from December 16, 2015.

  • June 7, 2017

    The AMC Portal introduced to enable direct online interaction between airspace users and the national ASM system and real-time information on airspace activities for airspace users.

  • March 15, 2018

    The Agreement on Coordination Procedures for Airspace Management in Zagreb FIR is signed between the Airspace Management Cell (AMC) and the Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA). The Agreement entered into force as from March 15, 2018.
