CIV AA working hours for the public holiday of Feast of Corpus Christi

Dear Users,

We would like to inform you that due to the upcoming public holidays, the Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will be closed on June 4 and 5, 2026 (Feast of Corpus Christi).

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• The automated procedure reservations through the AMC Portal Mobile application will be continuously available daily.
• For standard procedure AD-HOC reservations, requests must be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to the start of the activity.

For the period 4-8, June 2026, reservations for permanent structures on the AMC Portal must be submitted by 3 June 2026, no later than 08:00 UTC / 10:00 local time:

During the period June 3-8, 2026, registrations of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users will not be processed.
