Change of Deadline for Submitting Requests for the Reservation of Permanent Airspace Structures (Structures Published in the Croatian eAIP)

We hereby inform airspace users that, effective June 1, 2026, requests for the reservation of permanent airspace structures (structures published in the Croatian eAIP) must be submitted via the AMC Portal system for structures that have previously been allocated to the user by ASM Level 2. Such requests must be submitted no later than 09:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) on the last working day of the Civil Approved Agency preceding the day of activity. (The Civil Approved Agency does not operate on weekends and public holidays. In case of “bridge” days (four-day weekends), users will be notified through the AMC Portal system.)
