CIV AA Working Hours on Easter Monday

Dear users,

Due to the upcoming national holidays, Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will not work on April 6, 2026 (Easter Monday).

On April 3, 2026, CIV AA will work until 10:00 UTC / 12:00 LT.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day.
• For ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

• Requests for April 4-7, 2026, should be submitted no later than April 3, 2026, 08:00 UTC / 10:00 LT.

From April 3-7, 2026, there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
