Notice on CIV AA Working Hours During Public Holidays

Dear Users,

We would like to inform you that due to the upcoming public holidays, the Civil Authorised Entity (CIV AA) will not operate on 25 and 26 December 2025 (Christmas Day and St Stephen’s Day), as well as on 1, 2 and 6 January 2026 (New Year’s Day and the Feast of the Epiphany).

On 24 and 31 December 2025, CIV AA will operate on a reduced schedule until 11:00 UTC / 12:00 local time.

With regard to the submission of airspace reservation requests, please note the following:

• Reservations processed through the automated procedure via the AMC Portal Mobile application will continue to be available daily without interruption.
• For reservations of AD-HOC structures via the standard procedure, requests must be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to the start of the activity.

Reservations of permanent structures will be processed on D-1 as usual via the AMC Portal:

• For the period 25–29 December 2025, requests must be submitted by 24 December 2025, no later than 09:00 UTC / 10:00 LT.
• For the period 1–5 January 2026, requests must be submitted by 31 December 2025, no later than 09:00 UTC / 10:00 LT.
• For the period 6–7 January 2026, requests must be submitted by 5 January 2026, no later than 12:00 UTC / 13:00 LT.

During the period 25–29 December 2025 and 1, 2 and 6 January 2026, registrations of new users for access to the AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile application will not be processed.
