Upgrade of the AMC Portal system

An upgrade of the AMC Portal system is planned for Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM local time.

During that time, the AMC Portal system will be unavailable, as well as the AMC Portal Mobile application. Airspace activities and reservations will not be authorized during the works, and the automated procedure will be disabled. Emergency services will be able to use the Portal in a limited scope (by phone call). Users are asked to adjust their activities during the specified period of system unavailability. Civil requests for the reservation of permanent structures on D-1 should be submitted no later than November 13, 2025, 8:00 AM local time or by sending an email / calling the CIV AA office.
