National holiday – Remembrance Day for the Victims of the Homeland War and Remembrance Day for the Victims of Vukovar and Škabrnja

Dear users,

Due to the upcoming national holiday – Remembrance Day for the Victims of the Homeland War and Remembrance Day for the Victims of Vukovar and Škabrnja − CIV AA will not work on November 17 and 18, 2025.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day,
• For ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Reservations for permanent structures for the period from 17 to 19 November 2025 must be submitted by 14 November 2025, no later than 09:00 UTC / 10:00 LT, through the usual channel — via the AMC Portal.

On November 17 and 18, 2025, there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
