CIV AA Working Hours on All Saints Day

Dear users,

Due to the upcoming national holiday of All Saints Day, CIV AA will have shortened working hours on October 31, 2025.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;
• For regular ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to the competent CIV AA no later than 7 days prior to the planned activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

• Requests for November 1 to 3, 2025, should be submitted no later than October 31, 2025, 09:00 UTC / 10:00 LT.
