CIV AA working hours for the national holiday of Assumption of Mary

Due to the upcoming national holiday of  Assumption of Mary, CIV AA will not work on August 15, 2025.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;
• For ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 days prior to activity start

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

Requests from August 15 to August 18, 2025, should be submitted no later than August 14, 2025, 08:00 UTC / 10:00 LT.
