Submitting Requests on the Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day and the Day of Croatian Defenders

Due to the upcoming national holiday of the Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day and the Day of Croatian Defenders, CIV AA will not work on August 5, 2025.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;
• For ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 days prior to activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

• Requests for August 5-6, 2025, should be submitted no later than August 4, 2025, 10:00 UTC / 12:00 LT.
