CIV AA Working Hours on Labour Day

Dear users,

Due to the upcoming national holiday, Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will not work on May 1 and 2, 2025 (Labour Day).

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day.
• For ad-hoc structure reservations, requests should be submitted to the competent CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to the planned activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

• Requests for May 1-5, 2025, should be submitted no later than April 30, 2025, 10:00 UTC / 12:00 LT.

From May 1-5, 2025, there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
