CIV AA Working Hours on All Saints’ Day

Dear users,

Due to the upcoming national holiday of All Saints’ Day, CIV AA’s working hours will be shortened on October 31, 2024, i.e. it will work until 12:00 LT, while it will not work on November 1, 2024.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day,
• For ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Regarding the submission of reservation requests for permanent structures, please mind that:

• Reservations of permanent structures via the AMC Portal for October 31 to November 4, 2024, should be submitted no later than October 30, 2024.

From November 1 to 4, 2024, there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
