CIV AA Working Hours on Easter Monday

Due to the upcoming national holiday of Easter Monday, CIV AA will not work on April 1, 2024. On Friday, March 29, 2024, CIV AA will work until 11:00 UTC (12:00 LT).

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;
• For ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

• Requests for March 30 to April 2, 2024, should be submitted no later than March 29, 2024, 09:00 UTC / 10:00 LT.

From March 29 to April 1, 2024, there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
