CIV AA Working Hours on Christmas and New Year's Day

Dear users,

Due to the upcoming state holidays, Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will be closed on December 25 and 26, 2023 (Christmas and Saint Stephen’s Day), and January 1, 2024 (New Year’s Day). On December 22 and 29, 2023, CIVV AA will work until 11:00 UTC / 12:00 local time.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;
• For regular ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

• Requests for December 23 to 27, 2023 should be submitted no later than December 22, 2023, 09:00 UTC / 10:00 LT;
• Requests for December 30, 2023 to January 2, 2024 should be submitted no later than December 29, 2023, 09:00 UTC / 10:00 LT.

From December 23 to 26, 2023 as well as from December 30, 2023 to January 1, 2024, there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
