Working hours of CIV AA during the feast of the Assumption

Dear users,

we inform you that due to the feast of the Assumption, the Civil Authorized Entity (CIV AA) will not work from August 14 to August 15, 2023.

Regarding the submission of the request for airspace reservation, we state the following:

• reservations by automated procedure through the AMC Portal Mobile application will be carried out smoothly every day
• for reservations of ad hoc structures through the regular procedure, requests must be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days before the start of the activity.

Reservations of permanent structures will be made on D-1 as usual through the AMC Portal:

• for the period from August 12 to August 16, 2023, applications must be submitted by August 11, 2023, no later than 08:00 UTC / 10:00 LT

In the period from August 12 to August 15, 2023, there will be no registration of new users to access the AMC Portal and the AMC Portal Mobile application".
