CIV AA Working Hours on the Feast of Corpus Christi

Dear users,

Due to the Feast of Corpus Christi, the upcoming national holiday, Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will be closed from June 8 to 9, 2023.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

- Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;

- For ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

- Requests for June 8 to 12, 2023 should be submitted no later than June 7, 2023, 08:00 UTC / 10:00 LT.

From June 8 to 11, 2023, there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
