CIV AA Working Hours on Statehood Day

Dear users,

Due to Statehood Day, the upcoming national holiday, Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will be closed from May 29 to 30, 2023.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

• Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;
• For ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

• Requests for May 29 to 31, 2023 should be submitted no later than May 26, 2023, 09:00 UTC / 11:00 LT.

From May 27 to 30, 2023, there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
