CIVAA's Working Hours on August 5, 2022.

Dear users,

Due to the upcoming state holiday (Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day), Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will be closed from August 5 to 7, 2022.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

- Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;

- For regular ad hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

- Requests for August 5 to 8, 2022 should be submitted no later than August 4, 2022, 09:00 UTC / 11:00 LT.

From August 5 to 7, 2022 there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
