CIVAA working hours during the Easter holidays

Dear users,

Due to the upcoming national holiday of Easter / Easter Monday, Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will work until 10:00 UTC / 12:00 LT on April 15, 2022. On April 18, 2022, Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will be closed.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

- Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;

- For ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

- Requests for April 16 to 19, 2022 should be submitted no later than April 15, 2022, 08:00 UTC / 10:00 LT.

From April 16 to 18, 2022, there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
