CIVAA opening hours on the occasion of the upcoming Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day and Croatian Veterans Day

Dear users,

Due to the upcoming state holiday (Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day), Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will be closed from August 5 to 8, 2021.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

- Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;

- For regular ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal:

- Requests for August 5 to 9, 2021 should be submitted no later than August 4, 2021, 08:00 UTC / 10:00 LT.

From August 5 to 8, 2021 there will be no registration of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
