30 YEARS OF CROATIAN ARMY

Croatian Army and Ground Army Day as well as the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Croatian Amy is celebrated on May 28.

The 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Croatian Armed Forces will be celebrated from May 24 to 28, 2021. Interested visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a special program at Jarun Sports Center, including the presentation of the Armed Forces' military equipment and ammunition and the display of the readiness of the Armed Forces units, etc.

In the morning of May 28, military pilots of the Croatian Air Force will fly over larger cities throughout Croatia (the list of cities and aircraft can be seen here). The viewers of the Croatian Radiotelevision will be able to watch the simultaneous overflight in the “Dobro jutro Hrvatska” show. On the same day at Jarun Lake, the “Krila Oluje” acrobatic group will display the outstanding flying abilities of the Croatian Air Force military pilots with an interesting program.

The flying program will be conducted in a temporary reserved area, the activation of which has been published via NOTAM and the AMC Portal.

A special warning for RPAS/UAS operators: Flying in the published area is prohibited due to intensive flight activities!
