Requests are to be submitted as follows:

For ad-hoc structures: 7 approved agency’s working days prior to activity

For predefined flexible structures:

until August 02 at 11:00 LT for the period August 03-06, 2019

until August 14 at 11:00 LT for the period August 15-19, 2019
