CIV AA Working hours

Dear users,

Due to Croatian Independence Day, Civil Approved Agency (CIV AA) will be closed on October 7 and 8, 2019.

Regarding the submission of airspace reservation requests, please mind that:

- Automated reservations via the AMC Portal Mobile application will be conducted continuously every day;

- For regular ad-hoc structure reservations, a request should be submitted to CIV AA no later than 7 working days prior to activity start.

Reservations of permanent structures will be conducted on D-1, normally via the AMC Portal (requests for October 7, 8 and 9, 2019 must be submitted no later than October 4, 2019, 11:00 UTC/13:00 LT).

From October 5 to 8, 2019, there will be no registrations of new AMC Portal and AMC Portal Mobile users.
